It was in 1986, at the age of "Milano da BERE", where young people danced the "Electro-pop" atmosphere and the new "Dance", that the MANHATTAN PROJECT band was founded by Rikk Maggese and supported by 'City Records label. They recorded two songs "pop italo-dance", "THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE" and "GUINNESSMAN", which are a clear musical reference to the sound of the 80s. Thanks to its exclusive fabric cover by NAJ OLEARI (an important Italian clothing manufacturer), the disc was reported in the Guinness Book of Records and had to be the initials of a TV FORMAT dedicated to the world of RECORDS which unfortunately for BUDGET reasons jumped and which about 20 years later became the current format of the MEDIASET NETWORKS. The record remained anonymous for a long time, but was rediscovered by all lovers of "Italo-disco" all over Europe. Unfortunately, many years later, available copies are rare and the "That's Impossible / Guinnessman" vinyl record becomes a much sought after treasure. Today, Vielspass has released a limited edition remix of MANHATTAN PROJECT with two new remixes by Flemming Dalum and Ali Renault. This version is ready to become a pop-icon again, for all fans of the guy.
