I am Lee Richards, a hard working father, husband and singer songwriter from the North West of England. I'm obsessed and fascinated by music, the sound of an open G chord, the heart and soul in lyrics, the way they make you feel, how it can alter your mood, inspire and motivate you and break your heart at the same time. Music builds community, bringing people together in the best and worst of times, creates joy and euphoria and allows people to bare thier soul, express themselves with thier heart on thier sleeve. It's universal and truly powerful. I write and perfom songs with my heart on my sleeve, I'm not afraid to bare my soul and through the power of music seek connection. My musical influences are broad. However, centre around roots, blues, folk classic rock and indie. My Debut album, Searching, is out 11th October 2024.
