Julian Scott, better known by Nardo$ Reign is a self made producer, sound engineer and artist. Hailing from the DMV area, Maryland to be exact, he continuously takes the music scene by storm with his boundary-breaking style. With a passion for creating music that is based on natural feeling and emotion, Nardo sees his music as an unapologetic form of art. The 20 year old phenomenon started producing in middle school, around 6th-7th grade from the influence of his uncle to try rapping on his own beats. Freestyling with his uncle in the kitchen sparked Julian’s interest in music, and he has been pushing the boundaries of his craft ever since. Describing his style as “boundary breaking”, Nardo loves to create without following any rules or laws willingly. His music is a reflection of his own upbringing and day by day challenges with natural feeling and emotion. Furthermore, this is his way of self expression in a truly unapologetic way. Nardo draws inspiration from a wide range of artists, including Future, Kanye West, Playboi Carti, Lil Wayne, Adele, Drake, and a plethora of many underground and main stream artists. He is constantly pushing himself to astronomical heights while exploring new sounds and styles to break down the boundaries of what is considered “normal” in today’s music industry.
