David Karsten Daniels is a Bend, Oregon-based singer-songwriter/producer with an affinity for offbeat pop tunes and "slow-creeping songs that, once at full power, are like nothing else". His recordings combine folk, rock, and pop with lyrics that explore life, death, psychology, religion, and the natural world. NPR named his collaboration with Fight the Big Bull one of "The 5 Best Genre-Defying Albums Of 2010". As a songwriter or producer, DKD has collaborated with Frightened Rabbit, So-So Topic, and Jackopierce as well as composing the music for the films HARVEST and EL PARACAIDISTA. DKD releases All the Molecules in October 2023.
