Born and raised in Rio’s suburbs’ Baixada Fluminense, Rafael Capetini started his career in music in 2016 and graduated in Sound Design in 2019. Today, he is known as one of the most prolific and versatile cultural influences in his local area. Blending contemporary underground tendencies with dance music roots, he acts as a channel for a new array of artists who break barriers in the local scene and promote all of Brazilian electronic music’s potential. In addition to notable crowd reading skills and charismatic presence in every performance, Capetitni also found in his productions a rich soil for his creative outbursts. His partnerships with huge names such as Baphyphyna, U're Guay Records and Sorry Daddy Records only reinforce his influence in the night life scene. This adventurous sound signature, full of pleasant narratives told in upbeat and sensorial ways, translates itself in his releases "Dancing Dog" (2021) and Perro Doblado (2023), with the remarkable Carioca label 40% Foda/Maneiríssimo.
