Moise González, a renowned vocalist and composer of salsa music, has made a significant impact on the European music scene from the Canary Islands. With a prolific career as a recording artist, producer, promoter, and social activist, his heartfelt lyrics and collaborations resonate with everyday experiences, love, heartbreak, the environment, and true stories. Starting as a percussionist, Moise recorded on numerous albums for esteemed labels like Manzana and Eurotropical. However, a "muscular dystrophy" led to a pivotal moment in 2010, prompting his transition from instrumentalist to vocalist, singing his own songs. In 2000, Moise embarked on his solo journey with Son Iyá Orquesta, leading the band as a talented timpanist. He became a favorite choice of esteemed tropical music figures, sharing stages with artists like Cheo Feliciano, Andy Montañez, Ray Sepulveda, Tito Nieves, Jerry Rivera, La India, and many others.
