Born and raised in Bastrop, Louisiana, Zyon “OBM Zy” Carson showcases his love for music. With his edgy but smooth/harmonic vocals and his unique/stylistic flow, he proves to us that he is more than just a “rapper”, but more of an alternative artist as well. Being an independent artist himself, he continues to show off his flexibility with his music with recording, producing, audio engineering, and even self publishing. He flows smoothly over beats like “Truths & Lies” and “A Heart Made of Gold” but also switches tempos and crank the energy up a level on songs like “Bridges”, “Wild Wayz”, and “WDD?”. These last few years have been a breeze as Zy dropped 3 solid albums consecutively since 2019. We are definitely looking forward for what he has cooking for us in the near future.
