Biography

American rapper & songwriter originally from Gobler, MO. After moving to Nashville, TN at a young age, he quickly picked up sports. Starting with basketball but later excelling at football in his high school career. Despite having a speech impediment, he was known locally for freestyling. However, he did not plan on pursuing a musically career until his childhood friend, Yalen Reed, listened to a poem written by Dre called "Black Thoughts" and influenced him to keep writing. From that encouragement Dre wrote "Lost It" which included Yalen singing on the chorus. "Lost It" has yet to been released due to complications with engineers. Month later Dre dropped his first studio EP, "Emotional Distress", under the stage name 2Trill. "Emotional Distress" gained a moderate amount of success. Which lead him to take a six month break to began writing more content. He is currently working on dropping his first album, "The Fresh Prince", under the stage name Dre Tha Prince. Some of his biggest inspirations in music includes but does not limits: Will Smith, Tupac Shakur, Biggie Smalls, NWA, The Beatles, AC/DC, Erykah Badu, UGK, Andre 3000, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Caleborate, and Kevins Gates.
