RICO MESSIAH Rayce Copeland (born Oct 7th 1992), known professionally as Rico Messiah, is an American rapper, cinematographer, graphic designer ,and record producer. Born in Charlotte NC and raised South Carolina, Copeland first became involved in music as a child. Later a year removed from Highchool he banded with friend Ju V to form Sole Far Away , a music and fashion collective,. SFA would span from the Carolinas all the way to the likes of Germany and France. While building the collective Messiah would work odd jobs and also attended college in his native rock hill sc. After earning a liberal arts degree. Rico would later leave South Carolina to pursue his music career, and education. Messiah would attend @Morehouse College in Atlanta Georgia. While in Atlanta GA Messiah would amass a series of mixtapes between 2013 and 2018 . Between late 2012 and early 2016, he released an ample of mixtapes to critical praise: New Old School _RAYCE (2012), Color Me Black (2015) Tribe (2016).
