1WillAye is a legend in the making--reigning from the beautiful, yet treacherous, inner city limits of Oak Cliff, Dallas, TX. His commitment to music was sparked at the pivotal age of 15 when he threw himself a birthday party in his own backyard. Inspired by a high school DJ who was paid to do two things he couldn't at the time--get a job & go to all the parties--1WillAye made it his business to be next in line to become the city's top teen party DJ. One gig after the next and one opportunity after another; 1WillAye’s journey led him to becoming the #3 HBCU DJ of 2016, going on two major tours across the U.S. in 2019 ( Future Meek Mill YG Mustard) & 2022 ( Tye Harris Snoop Dogg Ice Cube) and achieving RIAA Platinum certification for producing Megan Thee Stallion’s breakout single Sex Talk. After completing the Daniel Fast to begin the year 2023, 1WillAye discovered his new path to take in music--artistry. Reborn as The Wizard, making something out of nothing, 1WillAye is destined to leave a legacy behind for himself. His first musical memories consist of Jagged Edge's J.E. Heartbreak & Bow Wow's Beware Of Dog albums. As a kid, his mother had him listening to the heartfelt love ballads of the 80s & 90s and his father always kept him hip to the downsouth rap sound of Webbie & Lil Wayne. As his musical tastes developed, he took a liking to some of his now personal influences in Big K.R.I.T., Dom Kennedy, Rick Ross, & Curren$y. Kendrick Lamar & Kanye West are his GOATS.
