YFN is one of the many guises of Maciej Ruminkiewicz. His music caught the ear of Ryan Swantek. Ryan asked Maciej to provide a soundtrack for his infamous "Panther Ridge." Maciej's music perfectly encapsulates the disturbing vibe of the viral-hit, which as of 2024 has 2.3 MILLION VIEWS. The atmosphere from "Panther Ridge" can only be compared to "Irreversible." Funnily enough, "Irreversible" was scored by none other than Thomas Bangalter aka one-half of DAFT PUNK. Just like Thomas Bangalter, Maciej Ruminkiewicz is more than work for a horror genre. Just like Thomas Bangalter has created timeless French House hits (DAFT PUNK's "Discovery"), Maciej Ruminkiewicz aka YFN creates hard techno club bangers. When Maciej was just in high school, he already played as a DJ at illegal raves in post-civil-war Bosnia and Herzegovina. The parties were going so hard that the chairs were literally flying around. More recently, Maciej's talent was discovered by Nomark Records. They have officially released his YFN remix of Amon Tobin's "Metropole."
