Thee Unemployed are a rap duo from Austin, Texas, known for blending hip-hop, jazz, and funk to create a unique sound. Their music has amassed over 5 million streams across all streaming platforms. 
 Their live shows, featuring Thee Company, showcase their ability to bring a dynamic energy to any stage with a combination of rap, indie-rock, and funk elements. They have performed with MadeinTYO, Unotheactivist, Russ, Curren$y, and more. 
 In 2022, Thee Unemployed played at SXSW, including the KUTX Hip-Hop Showcase. The following year, they were invited to play at the C4 Smart Energy Official SXSW Party. They plan to continue releasing music and a potential album in 2023.
