The moment Zaid heard a EDM track all the way back when he was 10 years old, something lit up inside of him. And it was this moment the Canadian-born kid living in Abu Dhabi knew what he wanted to spend the rest of his life doing. He started Djing at the age of 15 when he opened for the Color Run Event, but something bigger was waiting for him; it was not until he moved to Toronto for his studies that he started producing and aiming for something so much bigger. 
 
 With influences ranging all the way from Hardwell to Kaaze and @Tiesto, Zaid mixed everything while retaining his profound identity on his debut tracks "Reflect" and "Light it Up". Zaid's music is a whole experience; one can connect to it, feel it, vibe to it, or just move and dance and jump to it, his music is incredibly universal and personal at the same time. And despite being synonyms with energy, Zaid also has been on a journey towards radio-friendly music such as his remix of Naiim's Hitting the Moon which is a chill re-imagining of the song. 
 
 His song "Light it Up" picked quite the traction when it was featured on Tritonal's 232nd episode as well as getting recognition from Breathe Carolina for Reflect & among others while also featuring on Beatport's top 50.
