CJ Hillman is one of the U.K.’s leading multi instrumentalist session musicians. Working with artists such as Laura Marling, Billy Bragg, Yola, Joe Purdy & JP Cooper, CJ has become known as the “to go to guy” for Pedal Steel Guitar & Electric Guitar. In 2021 CJ has started to release his own music exploring the atmospheric nature of the Pedal Steel Guitar and the portability of Teenage Engineerings OP-1 Synthesiser. ‘Op-1 Location Recordings’ is the first release in what CJ likes to call “Ambient Americana”.
