M Kid (Martian Kid In Disguise) is a South East London based musician who uses personal, introspective lyrics and mellow production to convey his surroundings and perspective on life. He teams up with his conscience to build the foundation of his lyrics, making him one of the most relatable artists in the music scene. He’s very vocal and makes his main focus improving his pen game every time he’s on the microphone. His main inspirations are artists such as J Cole, Travis Scott, Ghetts, A2, Bryson Tiller, Pinkpantheress & 6LACK. M Kid also acts as a producer in his career with the alias MARTIAN, frequently collaborating with fellow producer and close friend ONLYONEJD forming a production collaborative as “The Spacemen”. M Kid’s production focuses on a dark, mellow and psychedelic sound to match what he emphasises as his alter ego and self-proclaimed as ‘The Martian’.
