Electric Brother - composer and producer hailing from Bucharest, has been an influential figure in the Romanian electronic music for over two decades. He is known for his unique sound, which draws inspiration from wildly different sources - from ancient folk, to everyday life sounds and modern music. In his upcoming releases, Electric Brother departs from his usual moody and pensive electronica and takes us on a journey to more uplifting and uptempo dance music. His sound is focused and spacious, with a percussive aesthetic, blending strong rhythms, fragments of voices and organic bass, with his own field recordings, to create a sonic landscape that is immersive and warm. He describes his music as “mainstream material that never left the underground”.
