Nkosphile Makamu is a Young talent born In Msogwaba, Lihawu, On the 3rd of September 1998. He has always had an ear for music, growing up he would always have dreams of making people dance and get lost to his own music one day. He believes in the power of music and it's ability to influence people in their daily lives. He was always a lone Child, he always looked down on himself growing up and his mind was always filled with negative thoughts but music always lifted him and helped motivate him, you can almost say that music was his friend. It wasn't long until he began making his own music. In 2019 he began creating beats and around the end of that year he made his first complete beat, it was not the best but it was definitely a signal that something was there. He went on to produce African house beats and he simply fell in love with the traditional sounds, that would ultimately be his sound of choice. He went back and forth trying to choose a name for himself but the name TrueSoul just simply made the most sense because it had a real meaning behind it. The name implies that its owner is the real soul beneath all the noise injected by society, a true being if you may, one who is true to himself and truly connected with a power greater than any human being.
