Born outside of Philadelphia, Lorelei Marcell was brought up in a suburb of Boston and now resides in Los Angeles, CA. The young pop artist has not only gathered well over three million cumulative streams independently. Last year, Lorelei dropped her debut LP, entitled Bittersweet Stages (April 2023), which had singles featured on Spotify’s New Music Friday playlists, as well as countless other editorials across dsps. Marcell landed her first national sync placement with her song "i will always love your ghost" on NBC's America's Got Talent, and she also garnered praise (and a personal shout out on IG) from the show's creator Simon Cowell. Most recently, Lorelei has signed her new EP, Dear Conformity, to the LA based Preach Records (an imprint under Virgin UMG), and she landed the cover of Spotifys Next-Gen Singer Songwriter playlist after its release. Lorelei’s music continues to defy both era and categorization, and her works have been featured in press outlets including Wonderland Magazine, LadyGunn, FLAUNT, and many more.
