MJAX is a young Artist, Producer & Engineer from Calgary, Alberta. One of the Leaders developing Calgary’s rap scene, MJAX incorporates various styles of music into his work specializing in Hip Hop & RnB. His distinct sound makes him stand out, ranging from an Old School lyrical delivery to New Age Melodies. As displayed throughout his projects, listening makes you excited for what’s next! Starting in elementary school, MJAX began making music early on. With his Mom being a piano teacher, he went to sleep and woke up to the sound of the Piano playing. This trained his ears from a young age. Picking up the Guitar in Grade 6, Saxophone in Grade 8, then combining all these talents onto a laptop in Grade 11. Using Logic, MJAX creates a sonic experience describing and working through many topics. He is not afraid to wear his heart on his sleeve. MJAX has a goal to inspire everyone in achieving their best self, finding what fills them with passion & explore the depths to which they can achieve success. He hopes to spread love and connect everyone through Music.
