My name is Shorti, I was born and raised in Flint, Michigan where my interest and ambition in music begun. When I was eight years old; I began to express my passion for art with drawings, attending music classes, and writing poetry. As time grew, I decided to focus on one dream, to become a TOP A-list music artist! I want to not only be able to express myself and my experience's through my music and represent my home city, but also be able to touch the mind and hearts of anyone who listens to my craft. To this day I am still working to achieve that dream. My song writing dates to when I just was nine years old, up until now I done over a dozen features, made over a thousand beats, partner with several other artist on projects and music making, preform at local clubs and events, and created music videos one including my new single “SAVAGE”. I currently release all my work via my social networking pages which will include my singles, features, and music videos. I am now working on new projects, and art for my growing fanbase and plan on reaching out to others to collaborate with. I am always open for feedback, suggestions, recommendations and even request.
