Murtaza Retiwala has been singing from the time he was in 4th grade. He started learning Indian semi classical and went on to receiving multiple awards and winning multiple competitions in his college time. Some renowned college festivals he took part in and won are: Umang Kshitij Youth Festival Malhar He then began his journey as a live performer, with some small but memorable and powerful gigs in clubs. With time, him and his repertoire have grown exponentially, with performances around the globe. He has done more than 250 shows mainly in Asia, Europe, the United Kingdom and the Middle East. Some cities he has performed in are Dublin, Amsterdam, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, London and Dubai. In India, he has had shows in Mumbai, Bangalore, Udaipur, Jaipur, Pune, Coimbatore, Surat, Damman, Lonavla, Silvasa, etc. He has lent his voice for multiple Demos/Scratches, Choruses for popular music directors/record labels like Pritam, Abhijeet Vaghani, T-series and has been a part of the mixtape series. He has also performed live with renowned Bollywood singers such as Sonu Nigam and Harshdeep Kaur. His future plans include releasing his original songs in Hindi as well as English. At heart, he just wants to perform and entertain more and more people around the world and to teach songs to people no matter what age group they belong to so everyone in the world can sing, express and spread love and peace.
