...the four pictures are from when I was a porter at lake yellowstone hotel...such a beautiful place....you can see my two favorite picnic tables that I wrote songs on....wow....and a guy walking to work in the kitchen from his dorm....funny....then, me near a bison roaming around the parking lot....those beautiful, big creatures were everywhere....and, like this corrupt world, I was paid little, with no overtime until 48 hours a week (so, many checks showed 47.5 hours..ha..kings and slaves)....I want my songs to be true...about our beauty, the beauty of this world...and the obscene corruptions of greed and avarice.....all here.....must fight for better world.......babe..... and....I'm glad to re-introduce some older music....with my real-life music brother, mike taylor....born in baton rouge....learned a little guitar on the mississippi levee as a youngster....yes, listen to his blues-rock; you'll know.....great singer, guitarist.....great....we worked together from 20 years old to 50 and beyond......he's the greatest musician/singer (believe it or not)........and some fantastic music is also played by many, many others through the years...including paul hughes with wonder valley recording in cave springs....one late night, we were both pretty sauced, he put on a drum track and played lead to santriani's 'surfing with the alien'....lick for lick....one of the greatest things I've ever heard....lucky to have such collaborators....lucky.....be thankful...friends...love you...
