DUS is a producer from the Borough of Spotswood, New Jersey. Known for his soulful yet gritty soundscapes, he first gained notoriety on 'Wise Men' by Napoleon Da Legend, which featured the late great Sean P! Enlisting artists Killah Priest, Tragedy Khadafi & Roc Marciano amongst others, he then began work on his debut LP, AMBASSADORS. During the recording process, DUS also built further with fellow artists, landing several tracks on NDL's sophomore album AWAKENING and laying the groundwork for his 1st collaborative effort, ANGELDUS, with fellow N.J. native, Eloh Kush. Not long after, DUS found himself linking with Tha God Fahim, releasing 'Bullet Proof Chakras' & 'Fahim You Should Know Better' as the discussion of a possible album together begins. Teaming up with Willie The Kid, DUS then released his 3rd project, CITY LIGHTS. Closely following the release with a remix for 'Nectarine' including a verse from NDL. After the release of CITY LIGHTS w/ WTK, DUS began working on his next key project, DIM-MAK, with lyricist Napoleon Da Legend. In the meantime dropping the singles 'Ectoplasm' featuring ETO and 'Taking Measures' alongside Tha God Fahim. As well as contributing to Dom Pachino's LP T-4 [At Your Front Door] with 'Carve 'Em Up'.
