Producer Tim (Tonal) Barnett hails from Nottingham, England, home of the legendary DiY and Smokescreen sound systems. Tim started producing music during the burgeoning late 80s rave scene in the North of England, and has been producing chunky, groovy house music over the last three decades. After relocating to Nottingham, he developed his sound further, through numerous releases on labels such as DiY Discs, Mabuk Recordings, Replay, Pressed for Time, and Will Sumsuch's Colour and Pitch imprint.
