Onipa Akoma (The Heart of a Man) as his debut, Bernard Nana Appiah (born 27th February 1990) better known by his stage name AkAN is a Hip life, Highlife artiste from Lapaz, a suburb of Accra, Ghana. He performs in Twi. His works are mostly dominated by rap with touches of spoken word and catchy choruses to support. He has been constantly referred to as authentic, which is evident in his works, his style and the cultural references he displays in his music.
