Young Nero -- rapper, writer, and producer is Chicago's brightest up and coming star. Born in Chicago, IL he took a fast liking to music since a young child. Being surrounded by so many musical influences growing up such as 2Pac, Biggie, NWA, Eminem, Dr Dre, Elvis Presley & Frank Sinatra just to name a few. At the age of 8 years old he started on his path in music. As a child he used to watch the "Up In Smoke 2001" tour on TV all the time and was inspired so much by Dr. Dre and Eminem that he started writing music himself. Then at the age of 15 he finally took the next step of finally recording & producing himself. Being influenced by artists such as J Cole & Russ gave Nero a strong DIY mentality. Nero is a self taught producer, engineer, director/videographer & writer. At a young age Nero has accomplished far more than most artists his age have.
