Ilia Fotouhi (born August 30th, 2000, in Tehran, Iran) is an Iranian music producer and songwriter known as “ILLNOIZ” who started his music career in 2018. He is a member of “Z3TA records” along side of well known names in Persian rap such as “Catchybeatz”, “Putak” and “Soalk”.
