Born 1994 in Fulton Missouri Brent Cowan known as 13.C. Pronounced BC Is a Independent artist From Missouri Repping Como&KCMO, he Got inspired to rap when He learned it helped with the pain from his childhood of going home to home with a mother addicted to drugs and Attending Too many schools to remember. He Started writing back in 2012 and took up rapping in 2017, Brent was inspired by The greats of Eminem, Tech N9ne, Twista, Busta Rhymes etc. 
 BC Started his journey on the free platform bandlab in 2017 joining groups LSE and INC corporation featuring on several underground projects spanning 100 plus tracks, several albums, and mixtapes over the next two years. Later finding out all LSE projects were deleted he decided to go solo early 2019 and work on singles. 
 In summer of 2019 artist Bobo T reached out to BC for a collab thus starting his career seriously, so far featuring on Bobo T’s “Space Aged” track in fall of 2019 and dropping single “Grit” just two months later in December. 2021 13.C. Teamed up with Kane James to drop Kvhoes along with a single Another white Boy.
