Lodhi was born in Bahawalpur, Pakistan and began writing Urdu poetry at 13 years old following his father and grandfather. He’s been based in the U.K. since 2012 after coming to pursue higher education. Since 2015, he turned to writing Punjabi and Urdu hip hop music. He’s worked with artists such as Xpolymer Dar from Rap Engineers, Ghauri, British Battle Rapper and HipHop artist Dialect, Illmatik and Hashim Nawaz, Hashim Ishaq, Sound Shikari. His last EP, The Culture Shock received great response. His track, DEWANA scored a numbered spot on the Pakistani Music charts on BBC Asian network. Lodhi had also been featured on BBC Asian network as an introducing artist.
