South Diamonds is a duo of DJs and producers from the south of France made up by Nikko Alonzo & Greg Diazmantes. When they met in 2010, they discovered that they shared the same passion and that they had the same musical tastes. Each had started mixing in a hip-hop style and their attraction for deep bass and powerful melodies made them evolve progressively towards a house sound. With Nikko Alonzo´s experience in production and Greg Diazmantes´s experience in live mix, they complement each other in these two areas. They have already mixed in prestigious clubs in the south of France and have completed a tour in New Caledonia in early 2011 combining their performances with dancers, fire-eater and drummers. They also played in summer 2013 in Itaca Ibiza, the official bar club beach for Matinée (Amnesia) & SupermartXé (Privilege) pre-parties! In their explosive sets they mix different styles of house music by incorporating bootlegs and remixes of their creations. They love to mix sounds from various backgrounds to reach the most people. Because of the atmosphere that prevails in their show, their slogan became: “We take the club & put it back to the front!" Their tracks and edits are recognized and have been supported and played by DJs around the world like Cazzette, Kid Massive, Jesse Voorn, Disfunktion, Kazuya de Jong, Niki Belucci and more... No matter what precise style they play what they like is big saturated basses!
