Darius Heywood is an artist in Chicago by way of Brockton, Massachusetts. Heywood is a vivid lyricist and credits early influences to Jay-Z, Jadakiss, and DJ Clue mixtapes. He has released two projects to date (Black Diamond / From The East) which both received positive reviews and has allowed Heywood to have appearances and performances at places such as The Middle East, The Oberon, Museum of Fine Arts Boston, Boston Freedom Rally, and a host of others. Darius Heywood is apart of Product & Play collective of artists and producers based out Massachusetts. Darius Heywood released his last album FLOAT, produced entirely by RKade, in September 2021 and has forthcoming album This.is.WEIRD produced entirely by tplaflare set to release in 2024.
