I started making music back in 1999 using pirated copies of Acid and Cool Edit Pro. When I made my first couple of tracks, I hadn't realized I could actually zoom in so details were sparse. The first sample I used was from Prodigys "Molotov Bitch", which itself is based on an Adam and the Ants sample I think. A cocky move, I gotta say. Anyway, I've stopped using Acid and Cool Edit Pro since (though sometimes I miss the latter). I still use samples though, hopefully in a bit more refined manner. I'm also part of the dormant Swedish pop duo Mina vänner and have done remix work for artists such as Seinabo Sey and Amason.
