K-Saulz is a UK Underground Rapper/MC from Surrey in the South East of England now based in South Wales. His style can range from the Boom bap old school sound of the 90s to a soundscape that is deeper, melodic & atmospheric, which act as a perfect backdrop for his conscious, poetic and at times abstract lyrics. His Influences are Wu tang Clan, MF Doom, Redman, Eminem, Bob Marley, Tribe Called Quest, Gang Starr, Onyx, Ice Cube, Ice T, Jehst, Chester P, Rumi and Hafiz He has been writing & performing since the age of 13 starting out as a Drum & Bass DJ & MC then moving onto Hip hop from the age of 23 and released his first LP 'Battle Wrapped' in 2015. Since 2017 he has been performing at some acclaimed underground Hip hop events ( Slam Jam, The Chip Shop, The Green Door Store, London AAA live, Tramshed Cardiff, The Moon, Clwb Ifor Bach ) and has supported Blah Records ( Lee Scott and Black Josh ) In November 2020 he signed to South Wales based Record Label 'Bard Picasso' and has continued to release music regularly through the label and independently. He has also had a number of his songs featured on BBC Introducing the South and Sussex, BBC Radio Wales, Kane FM and many other Radio Shows worldwide.
