Francis Schmid was born in Singapore in the year 2002 but made his way to Beijing, China by the time he hit one. City life was all he knew until he was 13 when he suddenly found himself in a small Swiss village in St. Gallen. Known as "BoarderLess," Francis delved into freestyling within Discord communities and became a part of the NLTeam. Spending hours perfecting his craft, he aimed to reach the level of his inspirations. After moving to Basel, BoarderLess participated in many cyphers, open mics and concerts with the collective called "MachMal" which he had joined. His freestyling days sparked a love for writing. In October 2021, he dropped his first single, "Astral Projection," followed by his EP, "Isolation," in May 2022. Since then he has continuously released Singles until April 20th of 2024. When Realities Meet. Music became his outlet for processing emotions and sharing experiences, hoping to offer listeners some valuable insights for their own lives.
