A hometown hero deeply embedded in the H-Town culture, BUCKAMORE continues to drive the city forward via a self-created, one way lane shrouded by his both mysterious & charismatic persona unlike any other artist seen today. His sound is in fact unlike any other, unique and fearless; grounded in deep personal experiences & inspirations from artists across the globe that ultimately reveal his true emotions as both an artist and human being. Born Michael Arbizu to Nicaraguan parents, BUCKAMORE has taken great cultural influences from not only his beloved city but also motherland country that of which can be heard in much of his productions, most notably his latest “WAVES” EP composed by Peruvian producer Deltatron & Majia record label boss SINES. He began his journey, like many others on internet platforms such as SoundCloud allowing him to directly connect with not only the streets but also club culture aligning himself with producers and artists that helped push the boundaries of his sound. Through these connections BUCKAMORE has been able to cultivate an energy and vibe that continues to be a staple in his well known “BUCKAMORE SOUND” to this day.
