Moon Valjean is a PLATINUM selling singer, songwriter, guitar/bass player, producer with an intensely diverse background. From Garth Brooks and the Beach Boys to Boston and Bowie, Moon's influences have been splattered all throughout his original works and hits throughout his many bands. As a founding member and former guitar and bass player of the post-hardcore group Story Of The Year, Moon found a kinship with song-writer and super producer John Feldmann during the making of the bands debut record for Maverick / Warner Brothers. Throughout the years of touring and releasing records Moon founded and fronted the Alternative act Greek Fire in 2009 and had international success at radio and the box office when his track "Top Of The World" was featured in the trailers for Disney's Big Hero 6. Greek Fire has since released 4 albums available everywhere. In 2012 John Feldmann recruited Moon to play guitar in his platinum ska-punk band Goldfinger. Hailing from St. Louis Missouri Moon continues as a touring musician and recording artist to release new music with the aforementioned bands on top of Co-Hosting and Producing the #1 morning show/podcast The Rizzuto Show. Valjean has released a dozen records with his bands and sang for the likes of ANBERLIN and SAOSIN just to name a few. Look for him fronting "The Misfit Machine" with Tim Convy from Ludo fame as they perform specialty shows like PUNK ROCK CHRISTMAS and PUNK ROCK DISNEY as well as releasing original hit Holiday Songs!
