Siphiwe Seth Bophela popularly known as Basiq is a rising Hip Hop Star born and raised in South Africa, South of Johannesburg in the Gauteng province. His music journey began right around 2014 but first released his official project Nice Guys Finish Last in 2019 after the Joint mixtape titled Naiive he did with Tieten Blaq. He gained recognition in his home town with a single titled Eyelids which was the lead single from the Nice Guys Finish Last Ep. His growth continued as he released a number of singles and doing collaborations with artists such as Teq Problem, Mondo Dusk, Cye, Ltdfam and so forth between the years 2020 and 2021. His most recent work is the "Road to Nice Guys Finish Last ll" which is an Ep building up to the second Nice Guys Finish Last ll that is set to release In July 2021
