Beatdrop is Dain Olsen, an independent electronic music producer based in Iowa, USA. Over the course of nearly two decades as a primarily self-taught recording artist, Beatdrop has made a name for himself in the indie video game music arrangement community (most notably on OverClocked ReMix), contributed music to various iterations of the Dance Dance Revolution video game series, and released six full-length studio albums and two EPs.
