Against The Inspiration is a metalcore band established in 2013 in Barcelona, Spain. The band’s influences goes from metalcore, djent, deathcore, to prog metal, with elaborate and versatile compositions. Against the Inspiration’s songs stands out for their technical breakdowns, many voice registers and their constant progression. Until today Against the Inspiration has released 2 pre-produced songs, an EP called Senescence with featurings from the spanish bands as Gabezia and Cannibal Grandpa. During 2018 they have been touring Spain in cities like Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Valencia and many others. Their first LP “INNER SELF” was launched on March 31st. “Inner Self” proposes a reflexive journey by the dimensions of dream, seen from philosophical and psychological perspectives.
