Born and raised in "the Music City", Nashville, TN, StevenKellye has been singing and performing since a young age. Beginning in the church his works have been able to translate from the traditional Gospel sound into the groovy Funk and smoothe R&B/Soul tones. Transitioning from Nashville to NewYork began his career in the music industry where he was able to learn from Grammy Award winning producer @Syience ( @JayZ & @Beyonce , @Hollywood) as well as study under the likes of @SheaTaylor ( @Beyonce , @4 album), @AliceSmith , @NeYo , @JamesFauntelroy and countless others while working as a singer songwriter during the formation of RocNation. Now StevenKellye serves as a vocal producer and creator while also educating students throughout South Central LA. Recently he has helped with the foundation of the labeled group @JimettaRose and the Voices of Creation where they have been traveling throughout Los Angeles performing, and currently released a Grammy Nominated Progressive R&B project entitled @HowGoodItIs.
