Jonas Rasmussen holds a Master of Music in Choral Studies from University of Cambridge and a Bachelors Degree in Choral Conducting from the Royal College of Music in Stockholm. Since 2017, he has been living and working in Aarhus, Denmark as conductor for three choirs: Academic Choir Aarhus, Youth Choir Aarhus U and BarbAros. Jonas works simultaneously as a choir consultant for the nation-wide choral organisation “Danish Church Choirs” and as a singing consultant for “Sangkraft Aarhus” who promotes singing for children and young people. Besides these jobs, Jonas frequently does workshops and masterclasses around Denmark.
