The Mayries, Matilda Ekevik and Sofi Lindblom, is a Stockholm based duo that's been singing and writing songs together since forever. In the beginning of 2017 the duo started releasing covers with their characteristic harmonies and acoustic sound that was really well recieved and has already reached over 700 million spotify streams. In September 2019 their first EP of original songs was released called ”Nashville sessions” written in Nashville in May the same year together with songwriters like Tommy Lee James , Mary Bragg and Robby Hecht among others. During 2020 the duo released their following EP with the title track "Winding Road" . In 2021 they have released the new single Cherries. They have also appeared in the Swedish TV-series "Knutby" performing the song "Go To Sleep My Little Child"
