Dakota “Kayo” Bracey is a Christian Hip-Hop artist from Greensboro, NC. As a youngster, Kayo could always be found freestyling at the lunch table or making tackles on the football field. He played collegiately at Morgan State University in Baltimore. After his playing career, Kayo focused on music full time. He was voted as North Carolina’s New artist of the year, and Artist of the year (2x). Bracey lists his influences as Canton Jones, KB, Lecrae and Hulvey. “I just want to make music that helps people Praise God”, Bracey states. That’s the goal!
