MAOS (Miguel Art Of Sounds) is Miguel Angel Austin, also known affectionately as Miguelito among close friends or professionally as Pty or Pty Audio, is a certified Information Technology consultant specializing in cyber security, infrastructure, and cloud management. Before fully delving into the music industry as a passionate pursuit, Miguel was a fervent Fidelity enthusiast and a sound engineer who once owned a mobile Soundsystem in Panama. His journey began at 17, installing audio systems in vehicles and by 19, he was selling music CDs and vinyl in Brooklyn. This entrepreneurial spirit and gift of gab were inherited from his father, a recognized figure among artists in Panama during the 70s and 80s before he migrated to New York in the late 80s. Miguel’s reputation lies in his knack for fostering relationships and seizing opportunities, shaping him into an executive producer. He is recognized for his admiration for independent music production and his dedication to ensuring legal affairs are meticulously managed to ensure fair compensation for artists. Currently pursuing an MBA, Miguel seeks to further hone his skills, navigating the intricate landscape of the music business. He represents over 75 artists from Latin America, Africa, and the United States, embodying a commitment to their success and the industry’s integrity.
