Gjaspers is a Dallas artist from Burundi, east Africa. He makes music mostly surrounding family, energy and relationship with other people. Gjaspers has always been interested in music, before he started making music he would alway hum the melodies of the songs he was listening to, he didn’t start making music till he was in the 8th grade and by the time he was in the freshmen high school he started recording himself singing or rapping on a large laptop. He didn’t start taking it serious till he graduated high school and dropped “Lame ” (released on January 20, 2021) which did really well on its first week and still his biggest song today. Gjaspers is an artist that loves to expend his capabilities when it comes to genres, he ranges from R&B, HipHop, indie, Afro (English) and more, he is still looking for more ways to connect with fans who may have an ear a different genre.
