This punk rock band may be relatively unknown to the mainstream, but they've left an unforgettable mark on the underground rock scene in Norway. Led by the dynamic twin duo, Eirik H. Paulsen on vocals and guitar, and Sondre L. Paulsen on the drums, Kalashnikov has been a force to reckon with. They were joined by Simen A. Haga on guitar, the bass master Andreas E. Hjertaker (the only member not from Østfold), and the ultimate party guy himself, Mr. Anders Røli on rhythm guitar! These rockers even took their Scandinavian punk'n'roll to China back in 2010, hitting up cities like Beijing and Shanghai. Can you imagine blowing the minds of listeners who had never heard rock music before? Starting out in their teenage years, Kalashnikov released a few EPs before unleashing their debut album, "Unbreakable," in 2009. Produced by the legendary Tommy Akerholdt (from Silver, Serena Manesh, Turbonegro) and co-produced by Peter Larsson (from Silver, Oslo Ess), this album was a wild ride of punk rock goodness! In 2013, they dropped their second album on Kristopher Schau's label, Astma Records. With the production magic of Roar Nilsen (from The Cumshots, The Dogs), this album was a pure punk rock masterpiece! After touring England and rocking the release show at Parkteateret in Oslo, Norway, the band decided to take a break in 2013. But their legacy lives on, forever etched in the hearts of punk rock enthusiasts!
