Cristiano Godano has been writing and singing for @MarleneKuntz since 1990. He was born in Fossano in 1966, he’s based in Cuneo, Italy and has made a career as a singer, guitarist, author and writer. C.G. graduated in Economics, he started to appreciate rock music thank to his cousin that was a vinyl collector. While he was a child he was spending time at his cousin’s house listening to rock music. During his career C.G. has written and interpreted many italian musical successes collecting prestigious prizes. In 2008 C.G. confirmed his literary skills with the release of his first book "I VIVI" published by Rizzoli; in 2019 his second book “Nuotando nell’aria” comes out. On 26 June 2020 he released his first solo album "Mi ero perso il cuore". Currently C.G. carries out his battle against climate change together with @marlenekuntz with the project Karma Clima. In addition to the eponymous album that will be launched in September 2022, the project involves collaborations with artistic residences in sustainable places, collaborations with artists who share the same philosophy and associations in support of the environment. Karma Clima crowns Godano’s dream of combining rock music with art to spread a sustainable philosophy. Since 2008 he is also teacher at the “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” in Milan, holding lectures and workshops regarding music and poetry. Since 2020 he writes articles and opinions on his personal blog “Elzevirus” for “Rolling Stone” magazine.
