KeyLow-G was born and raised in Banning which is in the Inland Empire of Southern California, a true pioneer of the West Coast. KeyLow has studied music for over a decade, He attended Mt. San Jacinto collage, doing a four year course in two years, "after being released from prison, for the second time, with two strikes", KeyLow graduated with a Associates degree in Audio Tech./ Musical Production with a minor in Small Business/ Graphic Design. Since then KeyLow-G has been a part of and produced, recorded, edited mix and mastered, count less amount of mixtapes and Whole lot of underground collaborations before his brake out album in 2007 "Bringin It Back To The Hood by KeyLow-G" the album, recorded, mixed n mastered in KeyLow's 2 bedroom apartment. Hustling, KeyLow put his own money into the CD, and promotion, with no record label, and the help of internet networking, Doing over 190 shows in one year and selling over 10,000 copy's, also giving away over 5,000 singles and posters. That year KeyLow-G WON the I.E.Hip-Hop Awards, "Best Latin Hip-Hop Album of the year". after a long look at life, he dropped his 2019 EP "Hated4BeinMe" The Hood Soul Stories Ch.1, to make his come back to music.
