Jimmy Pé won’t mind calling himself a broken beat explorer. His cut-up electronica is slowly but successfully finding its way to worldwide audience. Production-wise, this Slovak producer can jump into various musical territories without failing to keep his own signature sound, whose main ingredients are broken rhythms spiced up by characteristic leaps between melancholy and euphoria. His tunes already managed to caught Alison Wonderland, A-Trak, The Gaslamp Killer, Flying Lotus, Baauer, Dj Craze, Tokimonsta, UZ, Lefto, Daedelus and many others. He released music on labels such as Slow Roast Records, Quality good rec, Saturate rec and got support on Deadbeats Radio and Noisia Radio and made a Dj Mix for the well-known dj platform DJCity. Made a song for advertising purposes for Absolut Vodka, which was a successful campaign in Slovakia. He went on tours in India, China and Europe! Playing Sziget festival, Outlook Festival, Liverpool Sound City, Ment Ljubljana, Pohoda Festival, Colours of Ostrava and supporting artist like Hudson Mohawke, Four Tet, Thundercat and Dorian Concept, not mentioning his club residencies in Bratislava, it’s safe to say that this Red Bull Bass Camp participant is on the radar. Won the Radio_Head awards for the best Electronic album in Slovakia for Fake Fantasy EP and got to Forbes 30 under 30 of Slovakia.
