Nick Joz is a multi-instrumentalist, producer and DJ based in Brooklyn and operating with an energetic and passionate stage presence. Hard techno, complex jazz, romantic classical, funky soul, light ambient, Hindustani and Canadian pop musics are all part of his voracious musical identity. Recent years have seen the release of electro-acoustic ambient LPs, techno EPs and singles, hip-hop instrumentals, and DJ mixes, as well as participation in bands led by Peter Evans, George Garzone, and Aaron Burnett. Joz is also a member of Metadance 1.0, a live electronic band that plays various types of dance music, as well as Gabriel Marin’s Social Assassins.
